Is your jewelry gold plated?

All our jewelry items are gold or rhodium plated.

Do you provide any guarantee or warranty of your products?

Our products are of high quality; however, the longevity of jewelry depends on how it is used and cared for. As such, we cannot provide a guarantee or warranty. To ensure your jewelry lasts longer, avoid exposure to water and perfume, and always store it in a closed box when not in use. Proper care will help preserve its beauty and durability.

How long the jewelry is going to keep it color/polish? Will it fade away?

The lifespan of jewelry depends on its frequency of use and the care it receives. It is difficult to predict how long the color will remain intact, but with proper care, the color can stay fresh for years. To ensure your jewelry lasts longer, avoid exposure to water and perfume. Always store it in a closed box, and pack each item separately using tissue paper, a plastic bag, or a pouch to prevent damage.

Do you pack jewelry in a gift box?

We understand that not every customer requires a gift box with their jewelry. To keep our products affordable for all, we pack the jewelry in a simple khaki dispatch box. However, if you are purchasing jewelry as a gift, you can opt for a gift box at a nominal additional cost. This approach allows us to make both jewelry buying and gifting affordable to everyone.

Do you do custom orders?

We appreciate your interest in our jewelry; however, we currently do not offer custom designs or modifications to our existing designs. Our collections are carefully curated to ensure high quality and unique craftsmanship, catering to a wide range of styles and preferences. While we understand the desire for personalized pieces, we strive to provide a diverse selection that meets the needs of our valued customers. Thank you for your understanding. 

What if the product I received is damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, we take full responsibility and will replace it at no additional cost to you.

Will I receive exactly the same product as in picture?

Please note that all product images are captured by us, and we do not use Photoshop to alter or enhance the colors or features of our items. Our goal is to present the most accurate representation of our products.

In terms of design and features, you will receive the exact product as shown. However, due to differences in screen types, sizes, and resolutions on customers' devices, the color of the product's polish or stones may appear slightly different from the actual item.

Is there any delivery charges?

We deliver FREE within Pakistan if your total payable amount is over Rs. 2999, otherwise delivery charges are Rs. 199

International deliveries are subject to shipping fees depending on the country. Please refer to our “Shipping andPayment” policy for details on international shipping

In how many days will I receive my order?

Our estimated delivery time to most cities in Pakistan is 2-4 working days. However, the majority of orders are delivered the next day after dispatch. Orders to cities in Balochistan and other remote areas may take up to 4-8 working days for delivery. International orders are typically delivered within 5-8 working days after dispatch.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. If it is canceled after dispatch, we will not be able to cancel it.

Can I check the items at the time of delivery?

Please note that your order is delivered in a sealed packing in order to avoid theft during transit. The courier company does not provide the facility for customer checking the product before payment. The delivery man is not our employee and his role is only to deliver and collect payment.

It is our responsibility to have the right product delivered to you. If you receive your order in sealed packing, we are responsible for the contents of the packet and any issues you may have. Please make sure that the package you receive is properly sealed.

What if I don’t like a product, can I return or exchange?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product and claim a refund, no questions asked.

However, our customers have the right to exchange their purchase. Following terms have to be followed in case of exchange.

  • We must be notified of your intention to exchange the product within 24 hours of delivery
  • Product should reach us within 7 working days after an exchange request has been initiated
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging with receipts and should be unused and fault/damage free

* Please note that for return an exchange customer is liable to send the package to us. We cannot provide a pickup service
